Returns are allowed 30 days from the ship date with prior approval RMA (RMA- Return Merchandise Authorization). Restocking fee will apply of 25% of product cost.

Custom builds, cuts or product modified per customer request are non-returnable / non -refundable

Return cost is the responsibility of the customer.

SafePath Products utilizes package carriers, mostly Fed Ex. Shipping is calculated by weight, size and zip code.

Large quantity orders over 300 pounds will be shipped on a pallet: Utilizing a freight carrier, costing increases if liftgate is required and if it is shipping to residential location, as well as delivery notification, if elected.
